저희회사가 입주한 건물은 공항공사가 관리하며 소방시설 점검 은 귀사에 외주를 주어 진행하는것으로 알고 있습니다.
저희 회사는 고가의 훈련장비인 비행시뮬레이터를 운용하고 있어 저희 본사와 계약한 FM Global 이란 보험회사에서
시뮬레이터 빌딩 소방점검을 별도로 진행하고 있으며, 소방시설에 대해 아래와 같은 지적을 하였습니다.
18-01-008 Petition the landlord to improve the current trip testing program for dry-pipe sprinkler system
All dry-pipe sprinkler systems protecting the client’s occupancy should be partial-flow trip-tested on an annual, recorded basis via the inspector’s test connections with water control valve closed. Record the time and air pressure at which the system trips and compare the results to previous tests. Also, a full trip test should be conducted once every three years in the same manner as the annual trip test, but with the water control valve fully open.
현재 김포공항 화물청사의 소방점검시 매년 Partial Flow Test 와 3년주기로 Full Trip Test 를 하고 있는지요?
제가 공항공사에서 제공받은 검사 점검표에서는 소방 펌프 성능 시험은 있지만 Flow Test 항목은 포함되어 있지 않았습니다.
또, 만약 현재 Flow Test 를 하고 있지 않다면, 별도의 요청시 Flow Test 를 해 주실수 있는지요?
